Open Settings in Pawmato and tap Restore purchases (it's also at the bottom of the Plus screen). Use the same Apple ID you bought with. If Plus doesn't come back, email us.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so you cancel on your iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then Pawmato, and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

The yearly Plus plan starts with a 7 day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial in your iPhone's Settings (as above) and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the yearly plan starts and Apple charges your Apple ID. You'll always see the price and trial on the Plus screen before you confirm.

Your buddy, coins, room and focus history are saved on your phone. If you delete the app, or move to a new phone without restoring an iPhone backup, they can't be brought back from our side, sorry. Plus comes back with Restore purchases. If something went missing while the app was still installed, email us and tell us what happened.

In Pawmato, open Settings and tap Redeem a code. It takes codes from a friend, codes from us, and App Store offer codes. Codes from friends and from us give coins or items. App Store offer codes open the App Store to finish there. Each code works once per player, and some codes have an end date.

Pick a name in the app to get your own code (like maple#1234) and share it if you like. When a friend joins with your code and finishes a few focus sessions, you both get a small gift. It's a nice extra, never needed.

Deleting the app removes everything saved on your phone. A button to delete your online account (your name, friends and invites) is coming to the app. Until then, email us and we'll delete it for you. More in the Privacy Policy.
