Delete your Pawmato account

Pawmato (on iPhone and Android) makes a small anonymous online account for you. It has no email and no password: just a random id and, if you use friends, the name and tag you picked (like maple#1234) and your friends list.

How to ask

1. Open Pawmato and go to the Friends tab. Note your name and tag.
2. Email us at dropvaultmarket@outlook.com with the subject Delete my account, and put your name and tag in the message.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

No name and tag yet? Email us anyway with the subject Delete my account and the date you installed the app; we will find and delete it.

What we delete

• Your account id, your name and tag, and your friends list.
• Your invites and the codes you redeemed.
• Your Early access choices, paws and notes.
• Our copy of whether you have Plus.

What stays

• Your pet, coins and room live on your phone. Delete the app to remove them.
• Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat as the law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
• Crash reports have no name or id in them and are deleted by Sentry after a limited time.
